Well, let me think that everyone must agree if Apple is the superpower brand! They’re bold, strong, and a gorgeous brand. Apple became the world’s most valuable company till now. No wonder, there are a lot of awesome people behind this brand that propelled them to become one of the world’s largest tech companies. Yes, all about Apple’s work is genius! As people who work in a creative field, I am fond of Apple’s Copywriting. Their copywriting is kinda master! I’m impressed by how Apple persuades its consumers with copywriting. I think Apple’s Copywriter genius. They are masters in copywriting. So, in this post I would like to tell you about the reason why copywriting by Apple is effective and magic! Because they can build desire and inspire readers to take action with their incredible copywriting.

Here’s the proof!

  1. Stay simple and makes them want you more!

Take a look at this simple yet impressive copy of the MacBook Pro that Apple sells. Apple is genius to show their big idea to their customer. They focus on showcasing one single big idea — one big takeaway that summarizes everything about their product. It’s effective because We live in a world of short attention spans. So, the simple is the better way to catch the audience’s attention.

2. Mocking The Competitor With Creative Ways

This sealed the deal. The ad shows a woman grabbing a box from a shelf that blows up in her face. She moves over to the other shelf, grabs a box, and nothing happens. Then, the rest of the first shelf comes tumbling down. Check it out in this video along with other ways Apple has bashed Android: The only text we see is “Your store” and “App store.” This implies that the Apple store is easier, friendlier, and safer to use. The way apple used the simple copy and combine it with the perfect visual was amazing.

3. Using the contradiction words to communicate their benefit

People loves the contradiction words. Especially if they used a memorable sound bites. Apple knows it, and they do it really good! Look at this copy. They stand out in a sea of words, get straight to the point and most importantly — they are highly memorable. To describe the power of their new M1 CPU chip, Apple uses a sound bite to succinctly capture the essence of the M1 chip that was specifically designed for their Macs.

“Small Chip. Giant Leap” is a sound bite that uses the power of rhymes, allowing readers to remember the key takeaway of their new chip — small in size but much more technologically advanced.

4. Always stated bold and be assertive!

The saying ‘Fortune favors the bold’ doesn’t stop as just a life lesson, it is an effective marketing strategy to use — especially if you know your product is unique, novel or just downright superior. Being bold after all is a law of business power. Apple showcases sell their iPad Pro through bold statements that show supreme confidence in the product and what it can deliver. Apple immediately captures attention authoritatively and frames their product as being the superior option in the market. Being bold with your claims doesn’t have to be simply stating you are the best. Apple challenges their reader to find a better alternative to the iPad Pro’s display, immediately framing the feature as being the best around. This one is extremely impressing me, because Apple compare their iPad with a computer not for another tablet brands.

5. Building Intrigue Fast

Good copy informs clearly, but masterful copy leaves the reader wanting to learn more and one of the key principles of stoking desire is to build intrigue. Have you ever read a sentence that didn’t reveal what it meant entirely but captured your curiosity so much that you just had to read the rest of the content?

Congratulations — you had been intrigued.

Apple cleverly uses hints, misdirection and hides powerful features behind seemingly outlandish statements that begin with the reader scratching their head before smiling in amazement and awe.
